| Return Policy To return an item you must e-mail us at returns@ostrichhollow.com with in 30 days of purchase date. We will then provide you with shipping instructions. Many of our products are drop shipped from Warehouses around America and need to be returned to point of shipment to receive refund. Please, do not ship your return to Ostrich Hollow Specialty Mall or Ostrich Hollow, LLC without prior approval. Restocking fees may apply on some products. We realize that ordering off the internet from a picture of a product is not always easy. To ease this difficulty, our return policy allows you to remove the product from the box and inspect it to decide if you want it. However, this 100% satisfaction, allows you to inspect only, you can not use the item and return it used. All products must be returned in original new received condition. We also realize that in today’s busy lives it is not always easy to immediately return an item, so we allow you 30 days, from purchase date, to return your purchased product. A 15% restocking fee may apply to some items. For customers that have purchased a scope from us; Mounting your purchased Scope on your firearm, voids the 30 day return warranty. All scopes must be returned in new condition and in manufacturer's box with all documentation.
Please allow 14 days after we receive the items to process your credit. When we receive your items, we will refund your order amount less the original shipping charges. COD returns will not be accepted.
